Stress, diet, lack of oiling , dandruff, chemical products can be the cause. 

work on what nutritional defivincies u have

anemia, thyroid disease and vit d defiency are commonest

Add supplements to diet according to dr prescription

Use wooden comb to brush

And avoid combing wet haie, let them dry a bit apply serum if frizzy then comb

In case of dryness u need to oil and use a good sulphate free shampoo 

In case of dandruff, just add a sulphate free shampoo and use a conditioner/ leave in serum. 

look for a shampoo with proteins as keratin as it helps to decrease hairfall, tame frizz, decrease hair breakage, as keratin helps to smooth out damaged hair by filling in gaps which lead to breaking of hair

HOW to use the hair care BUNDLE

FIRST 3STEPS ARE MANDATORY, USE PRODUCTS YOU LIKE:

1ANTIHAIRFALL AND HAIRGROWTH OIL

Or

KERATIN HAIRGROWTH SERUM

2.SULPHATE FREE SILK AND KERATIN SHAMPOO

3.. Use ARGAN OIL HAIR CONDITIONER 

or ARGAN OIL LEAVE IN SERUM

OPTIONAL ( for severe hairfall) 

4hair growth supplement 

6 hair growth mask

Oil hair roots only as excess oil requires excess shampoo , which leads to hair drying

1.Oiling is necessary as it helps hairgrowth more due to scalp stimulation 

Apply little amount of ANTIHAIRFALL AND HAIRGROWTH OIL

and massage to absorb, and small amount to shafts and ends.Dont drench hair length with oil as this is unnecessary step and leads to more shampooing and drying of hair. 

Comb with wooden comb to distribute oil to length of hair. 

Leave few hours but avoid leaving over night. 

If u have dandruff go for KERATIN HAIRGROWTH SERUM( non greasy alternative with alovera, antidandruff ingredients, essential oils and keratin protein. 

2 use SULPHATE FREE SILK AND KERATIN SHAMPOO shampoo to lather leave 5-10 mins ans rinse , avoid double shampooing. 

3. Use ARGAN OIL HAIR CONDITIONER and rinse it off or ARGAN OIL LEAVE IN SERUM 

4.foe HAIR GROWTH SUPPLEMENT 

mix 1 tbsp in warm milk , take in morning or night once a day

5. HAIR GROWTH MASK

can be applied twice weekly.
